• Scope of Work: Power Station. We are looking for versatile capability who can help trades set up conduits and then slabs on the ground.

• Accommodation is in a great town, motel or villas in a caravan park.
• DIDO from Perth and Geraldton. Able to drive self if you live closer.

ABOUT US:

Flanco are a growing civil construction company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division.
Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.
Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in crane operation
• HR License
• High Risk License, minimum CN
• National Police Clearance (or ability to get one)
• White card (construction)
• Other operator tickets highly advantageous
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment

• Operate crane in line with work standards and instructions
• Operate 25T Franna
• Positioning and repositioning the load
• Mobilisation and demobilisation of assigned crane in relevant configuration
• Perform routine preventative and period maintenance on crane
• Willing to assist trades and crew as required
• Ensure all work is carried out safely
• You won’t be sitting in the cab all day!
