Pacific Maritime Group is hiring for a Crane Operator to be responsible for operating various types of lattice boom and hydraulic cranes.  Be a part of a great company with comprehensive benefits package and a great work culture! Job Duties  * NCCCO License with LBC, TLL, TSS, TLL, BTF, STC Endorsements  * Physical & Drug Test  * Qualified Rigger  * Certification School  * Must have experience with lattice boom cranes  * Must possess working knowledge of crane systems  * Must be able to perform preventative maintenance on crane systems  * Must display leadership skills and be able to direct work  * Must be able to complete crane logs, monthly crane inspection reports  * Responsible for completion of all maintenance and repairs of crane  Skills, Aptitudes, Qualifications and Certifications:  * Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating lattice boom and hydraulic cranes. Barge. * Clamshell experience a bonus. * Attention to detail  * Ability to handle stressful situations with focus.  * Understanding the importance of and taking pride in and responsibility for mastering the small things before mastering the big ones.  * Understand and respect the chain of commands.  * Ability to take direction no matter how it is given.  * Continuously demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and ownership by being proactive in all situations/tasks.  * Other related duties as assigned.   Physical Demands  * Must be able to keep balance/equilibrium while performing duties at various heights.  * Ability to work in confined spaces for prolonged periods of time.  * Must be able to lift 100 lbs. without restriction. Position involves lifting, pulling ad operating heavy equipment and objects.  * Agility to bend, stoop, or squat, and climb high steps/ladders frequently.  * Physical dexterity and strength to operate deck machinery; work on  equipment that is poorly accessible or in confined workspaces.  * Adequate hearing & vision ability.  * Proper heat/cold tolerance, working in all weather conditions.  * Comfortable working while exposed to grease, dirt, paint, water, etc.  Tests, Certifications and Other Requirements:  * NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) with LBC and TLL Endorsements or NCCER with equivalent endorsements  * Current Crane Physical  * Must be authorized to work in the US  Benefits * Sick and vacation package * Company PAID health benefits (medical, dental, vision and life insurance)  * 401K with Company Match  * Additional voluntary benefits; FSA, Aflac products, additional life insurance, etc. * Year-end bonus opportunity.
