People-first culture with investment in your growth and training Collaborative, safety-focused environment Work that makes a tangible impact on customer operations Stability and career opportunities with a proven industry leader Commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety What You’ll Do: Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and crane systems Support troubleshooting and repairs under guidance of experienced technicians Help perform routine crane inspections and basic maintenance tasks Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times Support housekeeping and 5S standards in work areas Be available for overtime or weekend work as needed Requirements Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Basic mechanical and/or electrical aptitude Willingness to learn troubleshooting methods and preventive maintenance procedures Ability to use basic hand tools and follow safety protocols Dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident Preferred Qualifications: Some hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical work, or electrical work Exposure to crane systems or lifting equipment Technical training in industrial maintenance or mechanical/electrical systems Other Skills & Characteristics: Ability to follow instructions accurately, both written and verbal Works well independently or as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Interest in pursuing certifications or additional training in crane maintenance Working Conditions & Physical Demands: Work performed primarily in a manufacturing or industrial environment Must be able to walk, climb, bend, and move safely around machinery May occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
