People-first culture with investment in your growth and development Collaborative, safety-focused work environment Opportunity to work with top talent in industrial maintenance Make a real impact on customer operations every day Stability and career growth from a proven industry leader with over two decades of experience What You’ll Do: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists, and related equipment Conduct routine crane inspections per OSHA and manufacturer standards Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using schematics and diagnostic tools Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs Support broader mechanical and electrical maintenance as needed Follow all safety procedures and regulations Work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime, as required Requirements Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably with overhead cranes and hoisting systems Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Familiarity with OSHA regulations and crane safety standards Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid state driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident Preferred Qualifications: Crane inspector certification (preferred but not required) Industrial Maintenance Technician certification or training Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance Leadership experience within a maintenance team Knowledge of heat treat operations, preventive maintenance planning, and performance tracking What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience and shift Flexible shifts with overtime opportunities Paid time off and 10 paid holidays per year Company-provided uniforms Multiple medical insurance options (company covers dental, vision coverage available) Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year (program approval required) Employee Assistance Program (available from day one) 401(k) and Roth IRA options after 6 months Employee-Owned Stock Option Program eligibility after six months (company-funded) Working Conditions: Work primarily in a factory environment Requires walking, climbing, bending, and maneuvering around machinery Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
