Description As the Crater/Packer within our belt shop, you will construct wooden crates to efficiently and successfully ship finished products to our customers. Shift Schedules: First Shift: 4x10 Monday - Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm. Second Shift: 4x10 Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm-2:00am. WHAT YOU WILL DO: · Build various wooden crates for shipment and protective packaging of finished products · Load crates with forklift or overhead crane, frequently with the assistance of other shop personnel. · Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to meet shipping requirements. · Communicate with the Belt shop team to coordinate priority Requirements WHAT YOU WILL NEED: · High school diploma or equivalent. · Good communication skills for asking questions and presenting information to others. · Ability to follow instructions and procedures. · Demonstrate safe building construction skills, similar to a house framer, using saws, pneumatic nail guns and staplers. · Ability to lift 50 pounds. · Attention to details and numbers for accuracy WHAT WE OFFER: Hourly wage range: First shift $21.00 to 24.00 per hour.
