Do you enjoy interacting with people?  As CRC Support Team Member, you will have the following responsibilities: * Greet visitors promptly and make them comfortable upon arrival at the South Operations campus, adhering to the "three-second rule" to establish eye contact within three seconds of a visitor entering. * Greet callers warmly and make them comfortable when they contact the corporate office, following the "three-ring rule" to answer calls within three rings. * May act as support to monitor the progress of customers participating in job search, including interviews scheduled, interviews attended, and outcomes of interviews. * Maintain accurate and compliant visitor logs as required by PCI compliance regulations and Risk Management protocols.  * Ensure a strict level of confidentiality regarding team members, and all participant data, consistent with established confidentiality standard operating procedures.   * Ensure that all external and internal customers receive exceptional, world-class customer service and are directed to the appropriate parties efficiently. * Uphold Goodwill’s zero tolerance policies regarding harassment, substance abuse, workplace violence, failure to report medical incidents (both work-related and non-work-related), and theft or other related offenses. * Coordinates with the Community Talent Specialist and the Talent Specialist to assist upcoming Goodwill new hires with pre-employment-related screenings and/or onboarding paperwork support. * Maintain any copies of client’s valid identification in confidential manner and in a locked-file cabinet within the CRC, in accordance with Goodwill and CARF standards.  THE BENEFITS: Our Full Time Team Members can expect a consistent forty-hour work week.
