JOB DESCRIPTION

The CRE Deposit & Payment Solutions Assistant Relationship Manager works with Deposit and Payment Solutions (DPS) Relationship Managers to manage assigned customer relationships.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of depository or treasury management experience

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Thorough knowledge of deposit products and treasury management services
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through and initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
