We’re looking for a Creative AI Strategist (mid or senior) to help our clients imagine, design, and accelerate their digital business in the AI age. In this role, you will shape digital business strategies, craft visionary CX-, service-, growth- and loyalty concepts, and turn ideas into tangible prototypes and solutions that guide clients toward action and impact. What you’ll do Deliver in high-impact client engagements from insight to concept and detailed execution, shaping AI-enabled customer experience-, CX-, loyalty-, and digital business strategies and solutions. Lead selected deliveries and client programs (depending on seniority). Create clear visualisations, narratives and prototypes that bring future experiences to life. Guide clients toward informed decisions and preferred directions. Design and define solutions in detail and deliver as one team with technical roles such as AI engineers and developers. Take part in consultative solution sales (insight, concepts, delivery plans) to deliver compelling proposals. Influence and advice clients on their AI journeys. Act as AI strategy & design influencer both internally and externally. What we’re looking for A mid- or senior level strategic consulting professional with strong conceptual, systemic and visual thinking skills. Experience in customer experience design, digital strategy, digital products & services, loyalty, and brand related engagements. Mix of analytic business thinking and creativity. Ability to prototype and visualise ideas (e.g., storyboards, prototypes, journeys, etc.). Confident client-facing interaction. Ability to translate complex AI topics into clear business value in growth, CX, loyalty and service domain. Curiosity to shape how organisations thrive in the AI era. Consultative solution & growth mindset. Good collaboration and teams skills. Proven experience from AI-related cases in aforementioned domain.
