The Creative & Executive Assistant provides consistent administrative and creative support to the Founder. This role is also responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing relevant, contextual, and personalized content for our website and social media platforms to attract, engage, and retain students. Additionally, the position involves managing schedules, coordinating events, and handling communications, often acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Photography and video editing skills
  • Experience maintaining websites and social media sites across multiple platforms and channels
  • Creative and enjoys working within a small, fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced school environment

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $25.63 - $27.50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Promote the school’s mission, making it the guiding principle for all decisions and actions
  • Collaborate with the Founder to develop and execute strategies that enhance the School’s brand presence across print and digital platforms
  • Provide support for a wide variety of administrative and creative support duties
  • Design compelling visual content, including newsletters, programs, emails, the School calendar, social media graphics, and events
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of events and School activities and produce engaging multimedia content to enhance storytelling and brand visibility
  • Edit website as needed to maintain accurate content
  • Schedule, organize, host, and track in-house activities and events
  • Organize staff schedules on a bi-weekly or monthly basis
  • Manage parent relationships and communicate with applicable technology daily
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva
  • Strong knowledge of content creation on social channels and awareness of current trends (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • New parent onboarding – tours, orientation, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records on children enrolled, conduct program registration, and maintain appropriate files and waiting lists
  • Ensure that the Program and staff conform to government regulations and licensing requirements
