The Creative and Administrative Lead Teachers. This role involves strategic planning, administration, management, social media engagement, and community leadership, all in line with the mission and values set by the Founder and carried out by the Lead Administrative Teachers. It combines educational leadership with operational management, providing an opportunity to shape the future of our program while upholding Montessori principles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Montessori experience or willingness to learn
  • International degrees welcome
  • Commits to our international program as the framework for all planning, teaching, and learning across the curriculum
  • Knowledge of curriculum, instructional methods/strategies, curriculum differentiation, child development, and children’s learning methods
  • Skill in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, critical thinking, and planning
  • Creative and enjoys working within a small, fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
  • A growth mindset and an enthusiasm to learn
  • Proven ability to deal with confidential information with discretion and exercise sound judgment and decision-making
