  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading creative projects from concept to execution.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling across digital and print.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and audience-centric messaging.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially sales, and managing timelines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Creative & Brand Manager to help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You’ll be responsible for managing creative projects, developing brand assets, and ensuring consistency across marketing campaigns and communications. This is a hands-on role focused on managing day-to-day creative operations, working with designers and writers, and supporting broader brand strategy through detailed execution.
This role is ideal for someone with experience managing creative teams or projects who thrives at the intersection of creativity, brand storytelling, and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Idea Generation & Strategy
  • Work with key leadership/stakeholders to formulate strategy and approach
  • Through innovation and creativity, develop solutions to elevate basic requests
  • Think outside the box and communicate new ideas
  • Brand & Creative Development
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity and voice across all channels.
  • Manage the development of brand and marketing materials (e.g., ads, presentations, websites, video, social content, email templates, packaging).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure creative execution aligns with campaign goals and brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistency across all assets.
  • Project & Team Management
  • Oversee creative production timelines, workflows, and processes to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent creative projects across departments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the digital team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, media partners, digital platforms) as needed.
  • Quality Control & Brand Consistency
  • Review creative assets for brand consistency and quality.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, templates, and tools for internal and external use (e.g., company presentations, pitch decks, etc.)
