Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Creative and Content Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our brands shine across all channels, both internally and externally. You’ll be a brand guardian, working diligently to maintain clarity, consistency, and relevance in all our branded touchpoints. Your goal is to provide both our customers and colleagues with an inspiring yet uniform experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Buying, and Digital teams to launch creative and content in-store and online.
  • Assist in developing content strategies and shaping the content calendar.
  • Support the team in delivering seasonal campaigns and refreshing always-on creative and content.
  • Work with our internal Studio and copy team, as well as external marketing agencies, to create engaging and on-brand content.
  • Contribute to the creation of creative and content assets for various digital channels, including social media, web, email, and print.
  • Assist in video and photography shoots to produce creative assets for our channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital content trends and standards.
  • Identify customer needs and content gaps, actively making recommendations for improvement.
  • Help manage the team budget.
  • Create and track purchase orders on behalf of the team.
