If you’re skilled in design, digital media, and storytelling, we invite you to join our dynamic team at UMC High School, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand across multiple platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in photography and video editing to create high-quality multimedia content.
- Proven ability in website management, including content updates and maintenance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Content Creation: Craft engaging content for social media, newsletters, and our website, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Design Expertise: Design and produce high-quality print materials (brochures, flyers, posters) and digital assets to support marketing initiatives, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the school’s website to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and functionality.
- Multimedia Production: Capture photos and videos during events, and create compelling visual content (both digital and print) that enhances the brand’s presence.
- Email Marketing: Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and mass communications.
- Analytics and Insights: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to refine strategies and drive measurable results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Campus Engagement: Be flexible to travel between our campuses at Yonge and Eglinton & Scarborough as required.
