We’re now looking for a Creative Art Director to lead our design vision, elevate creative standards, and guide our design team in producing premium, Amazon-compliant assets. Role Overview As the Creative Art Director, you’ll be responsible for leading the visual direction of Amazon-focused projects. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and researchers to ensure every deliverable—be it listing images, A+ content, storefronts, or product visuals—matches our premium creative benchmark and aligns with client brand identity. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality, mentoring designers, and bringing innovative ideas to Amazon creatives that balance conversion strategy, compliance, and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative direction of Amazon design projects (listing images, A+ content, brand storefronts, product visuals, etc.). Review, critique, and elevate creative output to ensure brand consistency, market competitiveness, and Amazon compliance. Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand briefs, brand positioning, and campaign objectives. Mentor and guide the design team, providing constructive feedback, visual direction, and training on Amazon standards. Research and stay updated on Amazon creative trends, competitor practices, and compliance guidelines. Translate complex product features into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with target customers. Maintain high attention to detail for layout, typography, color use, lighting, and image retouching. Requirements Proven experience as an Art Director / Senior Designer with strong Amazon-focused creative portfolio. Demonstrated expertise in Amazon Listing Images, A+ (EBC) Content, Brand Storefronts, and Product Photography. Strong understanding of Amazon compliance rules (e.g., avoiding badges, false claims, lifestyle restrictions). Hands-on skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or 3D rendering tools. Strong visual storytelling, typography, and branding sense. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and client presentations.
