THIS ROLE IS CRITICAL IN ELEVATING HOW THE JUSTFOODFORDOGS BRAND SHOWS UP—ESPECIALLY ACROSS DIGITAL AND PERFORMANCE CHANNELS—ENSURING OUR CREATIVE REFLECTS THE STRENGTH OF OUR PRODUCTS, DIFFERENTIATES US IN A CROWDED CATEGORY, AND DRIVES PROFITABLE GROWTH. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE BRINGS EXPERIENCE FROM CHALLENGER OR HIGH-GROWTH BRANDS, THRIVES WITH FINITE RESOURCES, AND IS EXCITED TO BUILD A MODERN, PERFORMANCE-ORIENTED CREATIVE ENGINE IN CLOSE PARTNERSHIP WITH GROWTH AND MARKETING TEAMS. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Creative & PDP Strategy * Own creative strategy and execution for product content and PDP imagery across JFFD.com and digital retail partners * Partner closely with Brand Management to translate complex product truths (nutrition, health benefits, ingredients, science, sourcing, safety, transparency) into clear, persuasive, conversion-oriented visual storytelling * Collaborate with Growth, Ecommerce, and Analytics to test, iterate, and improve PDP performance * Establish scalable PDP frameworks, templates, and best practices * Translate business briefs into clear creative workplans, including required assets, timelines, and feedback checkpoints Website & Retailer Creative * Partner with the website team to develop high-impact creative across: * Homepage storytelling * Landing pages * Promotional and seasonal modules * Ensure strong alignment between paid traffic, on-site storytelling, and conversion goals * Support creative consistency and execution across wholesale partners (e.g., Amazon, Chewy brand stores) Campaign Development * Act as a creative thought partner for brand and marketing campaigns * Translate brand ideas into full-funnel creative systems, from upper-funnel storytelling to lower-funnel conversion assets * Collaborate with external agencies while maintaining strong internal creative ownership and POV * Lead photo and video shoots to support product and marketing content development Paid Media Creative (Digital-First, Select Offline) * Partner with the Growth team to support in-house paid creative across: * Paid social * Digital video / CTV * Select offline placements (e.g., direct mail) * Develop concepts, hooks, and modular creative systems to increase testing velocity and learning signal * Balance performance needs with long-term brand integrity Team Leadership * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two designers * Provide clear creative direction, prioritization, and actionable feedback * Remain hands-on in high-impact areas, especially digital and paid creative   REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * 8–12+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CREATIVE ROLES WITH MEANINGFUL HANDS-ON EXECUTION * PROVEN TRACK RECORD DRIVING RESULTS AT CHALLENGER OR HIGH-GROWTH BRANDS * DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF DIGITAL-FIRST AND PERFORMANCE-ORIENTED CREATIVE * EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SMALL TEAMS AND FINITE RESOURCES IN FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENTS * STRONG CREATIVE JUDGMENT PAIRED WITH COMMERCIAL INSTINCTS * DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO PARTNER CLOSELY WITH GROWTH AND BRAND TEAMS * EXPERIENCE MANAGING AND COLLABORATING WITH EXTERNAL AGENCIES * COMFORT OPERATING IN REGULATED OR CLAIM-SENSITIVE CATEGORIES * CPG EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED * SCRAPPY, RESULTS-DRIVEN MINDSET; FOCUSED ON IMPACT OVER    Tenets of the Pack (Company Values) Live Our Mission – We believe this is more than a job.
