Vision for Education are looking for a creative and compassionate Art Assistant to join our SEND school supply team. In this rewarding role, you will support pupils with special educational needs through engaging, sensory art activities that encourage expression, confidence, and fine motor skills. Ideal candidates will be patient, imaginative, and passionate about inclusive, hands-on learning. Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is an advantage. The desired Creative Arts Assistant will have:

• Experience of working with secondary and primary school aged children in schools.
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
• A passion for the progress of SEND primary and secondary school pupils.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
• An ability to build rapport quickly with students
• Key qualities such as: Patience, Sympathetic, Strong-willed
