We need a talented and detail-oriented Creative Artworker to join our Creative Content Hub within Admiral’s marketing team
As a Creative Artworker, you will play a crucial role in taking creative concepts and turning them into polished and professional artwork for both digital and print mediums. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure all materials are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and meet required specifications.
You’ll also support the team by processing project briefs to be worked on by yourself
and the wider Creative Content hub team, helping with team organisation so everyone
can work through a vast amount project briefs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality artwork for a variety of materialsincluding on and off-line advertising, documentation, emails, web content,and more.
  • Adapt and resize existing designs to fit different formats and platforms whilemaintaining design integrity.
  • Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines, including typography,colour schemes, and layout specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with creative and content teams to take concepts to final,print-ready or digital designs.
  • Prepare and package files for print production, ensuring accuracy in colour management, preflighting, and specifications.
  • Create and edit vector graphics, illustrations, and retouch photosto enhance visual content.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, storyboards, and mock-ups to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Meticulously check all artwork for accuracy and consistency, ensuring high standards are maintained across all outputs.
  • Support with brief processing and uploads to Jira and other team administration tasks to help with team organisation.
  • Helping with auditing Admiral and its affiliate brand’s creative standardsand consistency.
  • Create templates of regularly used files to support brand consistency.

You’ll possess strong technical skills

We’re a busy creative team. We’re looking for a team-oriented player who is passionate about the customer experience and obsessed with the details of design. You’ll possess:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Figma, Affinity Designer, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes including preflighting, colour management, and print specifications.
  • Experience with digital design principles and creating responsive designs for various devices.
  • Expertise in typography, layout design, image editing, and vector graphics.
  • Strong file management skills to organise and prepare complex artwork for final production.
