CREATIVE ARTWORKER EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • University Bachelor’s Degree level in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) as a Creative Artworker, preferably within an agency or fast-paced creative environment
  • Solid understanding of print and digital production processes
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience scheduling and allocating design work within a team
  • Adobe Creative Suite (for reviewing and briefing design assets).

CREATIVE ARTWORKER PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
  • A commercial mindset – able to align creative output with business objectives
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments

Responsibilities

THE CREATIVE ARTWORKER ROLE

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Artworker to join our team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and refining artwork for both print and digital platforms, ensuring all materials are high quality, brand-compliant, and production-ready. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical precision with creative flair, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working collaboratively.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE CREATIVE ARTWORKER

  • Process and prepare artwork files, ensuring suitability for production across various media.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to refine visuals and assets for both print and digital use.
  • Carry out precise design adjustments such as resizing, retouching, and colour corrections.
  • Format and prepare artwork to meet industry standards and technical specifications.
  • Proof-read and quality-check all output to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Assist in the creation and development of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media assets.
  • Maintain an organised workflow, effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Apply a sharp eye for detail and creative problem-solving to spot potential design issues early.
  • Design and adapt creative across a range of merchandise, including apparel and promotional items.
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
