ABOUT US
Emperor is for your great ambitions. We’re an employee-owned corporate communications and creative agency with more than 260 partners specialising in reporting, brand, digital, employee engagement, change and sustainability.
We want to be the agency of choice for ambitious talent. So, we’re looking for brilliant people who actively want to create great things with us. We have offices in Saudi, Dubai, London, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh.
Our culture is one where you’re free to do, learn and achieve better. We welcome every partner to experience a sense of belonging; whoever you are, wherever you’re working from, whatever your role. Our values guide how we work every day, with each other, our clients, and suppliers. And with our friendly inclusive environment, effort and empathy, we make the feeling real.
As part of a growing team, you will be expected to apply your skills enthusiastically and collaboratively, working at pace and finding solutions to challenges if, as and when they present themselves, whether that be learning new tools or new processes or working with colleagues across the wider group. You will be agile in your approach and thinking and will be expected to get stuck in and support the team.
As part of the Saudi creative studio this role is to support the team in the creation, roll out and implementation of visuals and artwork across a range of materials, both in print and digital formats working under the guidance and direction of the lead designer. You will not be responsible for the initial conceptualisation of work but will be expected to be able to take a concept and extend it across any number of channels and outputs.
Working on branding, reporting, marketing, and general communications materials you are expected to gain a full knowledge of our clients, understand their brand and visual identity systems, and translate that into high quality and accurate design executions. You will be expected to learn and follow the studio systems and processes that have been developed across the group and maintain discipline and vigilance around file and version management.
