THE WILD COLLECTIVE – CREATIVE ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITIES (2026)

The Wild Collective, the artist-development and creative leadership wing of Wild in Wellness, is seeking three dynamic, imaginative, and driven Creative Associates to join our team in 2026. This is a contract-based, flexible opportunity to help shape high-level youth arts programming while leading your own creative classes and initiatives within the Collective.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years teaching experience in your field.
• Professional experience in your discipline is an asset.
• Experience with children, social media, or business is a bonus.
• Commitment to collaboration, creative exploration, and mentorship.
• Diversity, equity, and inclusion experience or awareness is highly valued.

ROLES AVAILABLE:

• Storytelling & Dramaturgy – Guide young artists in narrative development, creative expression, and performance storytelling.
• Visual Arts & Design – Bring visual creativity into workshops, set design, and collaborative art-making experiences.
• Music & Sound – Support exploration of rhythm, musicality, and vocal skill and integration within movement and creation labs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Co-create and deliver in-person classes in London, ON for youth and emerging artists.
• Help expand and shape the Wild Collective brand by leading your own artistic wing of the program.
• Collaborate with the team to develop curriculum, workshops, and creative projects.
• Contribute to marketing, community engagement, and artistic programming as needed.
