  • Manage stock, cellar operations, and ordering with precision and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing, RSA, and late-night venue regulations.
  • Work closely with senior management to align the beverage program with Pleasure Club’s ethos.
  • Use exceptional people skills to build relationships with staff, regulars, and new guests.
  • Maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
