ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a versatile generalist to join the team part-time. This is a great opportunity for a creative student or early-career professional who wants to build their portfolio while gaining hands-on experience across social media, events, and brand operations for a small, growing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with bookkeeping: track expenses, reconcile Shopify/PayPal/Stripe, update inventory spreadsheets.
• Social media support: draft and schedule posts, assist with engagement, coordinate photoshoot assets.
• Product photography: help photograph jewelry for social and marketing (editorial eye a plus).
• Event support: help plan and coordinate pop-ups and private trunk shows (Gathered in Gold).
• Admin & errands: vendor coordination, scheduling, and general brand support as needed.
