REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a creative or branding role, ideally with project management and hands-on design expertise.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional creative thinking skills, with a proven ability to craft unique and impactful brand ideas.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Branding Designer and Strategist to bring innovative ideas, exceptional design expertise, and strategic thinking to develop impactful campaigns, brand initiatives, and company presentations. This role requires a blend of creativity, strong project management skills, and a passion for building compelling brand stories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and present innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the brand’s visual identity and content presence.
  • Lead and manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop branding strategies and create comprehensive pitch decks, proposals, and company presentations.
  • Design and produce a variety of visual content, including branding materials, social media graphics, web assets, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives and messaging.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and leverage emerging best practices to inspire creativity and innovation.
