QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of professional carpentry experience, including cabinetry and custom builds
  • Strong understanding of shop tools, joinery techniques, and finishing methods
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and construction documents
  • Experience with unique or artistic builds is a major plus
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a small creative team
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
  • Apply strong critical thinking to solve build challenges and refine construction methods
Responsibilities
  • Fabricate custom woodwork, cabinetry, and installations based on design drawings and specifications
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to interpret and execute creative concepts
  • Work with a variety of materials including plywood, hardwoods, MDF, particle board, acrylics, and finishes
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship in all builds
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop and follow all safety protocols
  • Communicate clearly in both written and verbal English, especially when coordinating project details or reporting progress
  • Occasionally assist in on-site installation of completed projects
