Description

We’re a real estate company in Dubai looking for a Creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, telling stories through content, and knows how to make social media work for real estate.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Shooting, generating, and editing high-quality photos and videos.
  • Creating fresh and engaging content in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
  • Posting regularly, tracking performance, and adjusting strategies to improve results.
  • Designing marketing materials like flyers, stories, and campaigns that grab attention.
  • Creating stories and posts for new project launches and other real estate updates.
  • Managing the company’s social media accounts and website.
  • Using AI tools to generate visuals, videos, and creative ideas.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends in real estate and digital marketing to keep our content sharp.
  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with campaign goals and brand objectives.
  • Plan, write, and post daily content (images, reels, stories, carousels, captions) for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Conceptualize and create visually aligned content.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to support property launches, events, and corporate initiatives
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions) and provide insights for optimization
  • Monitor trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity to ensure Wadan stays ahead in the digital luxury space
  • Handle community management: respond to DMs, comments, and social inquiries in a professional, brand-aligned tone
  • Run paid ads when required (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Knows RERA Rules and Regulations for Social Media Marketing posts.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation and marketing in real estate.
  • Confident with video shooting, editing, and design tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, AI tools, or similar).
  • You know how to create content that people actually stop, watch, and share.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation.
  • Creative, reliable, and skilled at turning ideas into content.
  • Someone who understands how the Dubai real estate market works.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
