We’re looking for a Creative Content Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This is a hands-on creative role where ideas move quickly from concept to production. You’ll contribute to the overall marketing strategy and play a key role in both creative development and execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple creative formats, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is always looking to learn and improve. Curiosity, adaptability and attention to detail are essential in this role. Because this role involves close collaboration, on-site video production, and use of in-house equipment, it is fully in-person at our Alexandria, MN office. Duties and Responsibilities: Create digital graphics for social media, web, and video content Design and produce co-branded marketing materials for vendor partners (sales literature, displays, stickers, magnets, and other collateral) Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute engaging, relevant content Stay current on social media trends, evolving content formats, and platform best practices Maintain and update branded internal documents (handbook, benefits guide, templates, etc.) Create graphics for internal initiatives and community events Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all projects Support the Creative Director on a variety of marketing and design initiatives Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills and Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, or related field (or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio) 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, content creation, multimedia production or a related creative role Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Understanding of layout, typography, and visual composition Ability to prepare production-ready artwork Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience Experience shooting, editing and producing short-form video content Experience with Asana or similar project management software Physical Demands: Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time Supervisor Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and life insurance Voluntary long-term disability, AFLAC and supplemental life coverage options Generous 401(k) match and profit-sharing opportunities Performance based gain sharing and annual bonus potential Employee wellness program Paid volunteer hours AA/EEO/Vet/Military Requirements Location: Alexandria, MN
