About the role We are looking for a Creative Content Designer to drive customer acquisition through engaging, conversion-focused visuals. This role requires a strong sense of design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate insights and performance data into impactful creative outputs. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating visuals that resonate with target audiences and improve campaign performance. Responsibilities Responsible for supporting visual design work related to customer acquisition growth, including but not limited to event posters, banners, in-feed ads, landing page visuals, etc. Based on customer acquisition needs, output visual creatives that align with the aesthetics of the target audience and conform to the logic of customer acquisition conversion, thereby helping to improve ad click-through rates and conversion efficiency. Accurately grasp the key points of design requirements, independently follow up the entire project process, be responsible for the communication, modification, finalization, and delivery of design solutions, coordinate relevant resources, and promote the smooth implementation of the project. Track the effectiveness of advertising design, collaborate with the business side to optimize design solutions, adjust visual styles based on customer acquisition data, and enhance the supporting role of design in customer acquisition growth. Collaborate with the team to complete other relevant visual design and requirement docking tasks, ensuring the orderly progress of front-end customer acquisition-related design work. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in design-related fields (graphic design, visual design, advertising design, etc.), with 1-3 years of design experience related to overseas market activity advertising, and candidates with design experience in cross-border financial business (Southeast Asia preferred) will be given extra points Language Proficiency: Fluent in Thai (preferred), Chinese, and English for communication, reading, and writing, capable of seamless collaboration and accurately understanding Thai/English requirement documents and communication content. Professional Competence: Proficient in using any design software required to complete projects, including but not limited to various 3D software (such as C4D, Blender), Figma, Adobe software series, with solid design skills, good visual expression ability, able to accurately grasp the conversion orientation of advertising design, and familiarity with in-app and out-of-app advertising design specifications is preferred. Core Competencies: Possess excellent demand understanding, communication and coordination, and execution capabilities; able to independently follow up on project progress, proactively engage with requirements, provide feedback on issues, demonstrate responsibility, efficiently drive project implementation, and adapt to the rhythm of cross-border business. Understanding the aesthetic preferences and advertising communication characteristics of Southeast Asian users, with experience in front-end customer acquisition ad design and conversion-oriented design will be a plus.
