The ideal candidate is a social-first Creative Content Director deeply obsessed with culture and storytelling. You should be passionate about and experienced with innovative digital platforms such as TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. As a player-coach, you’ll focus on creating and leading social content that engages in real-time cultural dialogue. Our clients rely on us to distinguish them on both traditional and cutting-edge platforms, propelling you to craft the marketing techniques of the future.
As the Creative Content Director, you’ll develop, execute, and oversee disruptive social-first content with an emphasis on short-form video—humor is a plus! You’ll collaborate with the Content Strategy Director to create powerful strategies that resonate with target audiences. You’ll also work closely with the account management team to understand client goals and ensure content aligns with their needs. Leadership, mentorship, and a background in copywriting or production are highly valued.
