🚀 Job Opportunity: Creative Content Illustrator at StickEarn About StickEarn StickEarn is an advertising technology company on a mission to transform Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising through technology, data, and creativity. We empower brands, agencies, and media owners to create impactful advertising experiences across Indonesia. We are currently looking for a Jogja-based Creative Content Illustrator to support an exciting Intellectual Property (IP) project. In this role, you will help bring our characters to life across social media through engaging illustrations, humor-driven content, and creative storytelling that resonates with online communities. 🌟 What You'll Do Create engaging visual content such as illustrations, memes, and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok. Produce and edit short-form videos and simple animations, including looping effects, character expressions, and text motion. Contribute creative ideas inspired by Gen Z humor, internet culture, and trending memes. Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop content while staying open to feedback and evolving creative directions. Ensure content aligns with platform formats, storytelling flow, and visual consistency across social channels. ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or related design fields. Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, Adobe Premiere Pro, and CapCut (After Effects or Blender is a plus). Strong understanding of social media content formats, including aspect ratios, pacing, and storytelling for short-form content. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Creative thinker with a strong sense of humor and cultural awareness, especially around Gen Z and online communities. Fast learner, adaptable to different art styles, proactive, and a strong team player. Experience managing fan art, meme pages, or creative content communities is a plus. Additional skills in 3D design, animation, or advanced video editing are an advantage.
