As we continue to grow our creative footprint, we’re on the lookout for a Creative Content & Project Manager – someone who will be at the heart of our brand storytelling, creating content that inspires and managing projects that leave a mark.
You’ll play a key role in how Papaya Films shows up in the world – from bold campaigns to smart copy, behind-the-scenes moments to industry shout-outs. This role is for someone who’s equal parts creative and organised, with a great instinct for what works, what wows, and what moves the needle.

EXPERIENCE & MINDSET:

  • 3+ years in content creation, creative project management, or communications – in-house, agency, or freelance.
  • Proven track record in the creative industry and an instinct for what grabs attention.
  • Confident multitasker with sharp planning skills and a cool head under pressure.
  • Strong feel for festivals and industry moments we should be part of.

SKILLS & SPIRIT:

  • Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills – fluent, expressive, and polished (Polish, English C2 level).
  • A creative thinker with a strategic edge.
  • A relationship-builder who knows how to pitch, persuade, and connect.
  • Passion for the world of film, culture, and advertising – and a deep understanding of our brand.
