We’re searching for a Creative Coordinator who’s obsessed with fashion and creating scroll-stopping content. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be styling looks, planning shoots, capturing feed-worthy content, and making sure our brand shows up in the most relevant, trend-driven way possible.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years’ experience in a creative content role within the fashion industry
  • Proven experience with content creation
  • Highly social-savvy, with a natural eye for trends and aesthetics
  • Strong skills in iPhone / digi-cam photography and videography, able to capture feed-worthy content on the go
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop + Lightroom)
  • Strong styling ability with a keen understanding of what drives customer engagement
  • Experience in content creation apps/software with the ability to edit and optimise for multiple platforms
  • Highly organised, with the ability to work creatively under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to take direction and translate brand vision into creative execution
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end production of in-house content shoots, from concept through to execution
  • Develop and present on-brand creative concepts for weekly in-house content shoots
  • Plan and execute fresh, on-trend styling for content shoots, elevating product presentation and ensuring looks are always on-brand
  • Oversee and execute post-production workflow, including image management, editing, and asset delivery
  • Collaborate with the graphics team to produce on-brand, social-first assets for product launches, ensuring visuals align with the wider creative vision
  • Select and hand over high-performing content to relevant teams weekly, ensuring assets are launch-ready and drive engagement
  • Brainstorm, pitch, and deliver creative shoot ideas/ assets to boost social engagement, grow awareness, and push the brand forwardStay ahead of social and cultural trends, ensuring creative output resonates with the brand’s audience and stands out in the market
