The Role We’re looking for a mid-level Creative Copywriter with a few solid campaigns under their belt, someone who can turn insights into ideas and ideas into words that move people (and metrics). You’ll join our creative team to concept, write, and craft copy for social and digital-first campaigns across platforms, collaborating closely with art directors, strategists, and media teams to bring ideas to life. What you’ll do Creative Concepts and write copy for campaigns across social media, digital video, web, and paid media. Collaborate with designers, creatives, and account teams to shape and present ideas. Translate brand strategies and insights into engaging narratives and campaign platforms. Write in different voices and formats, from a headline that hooks to a six-second script that sticks. Participate in creative presentations and occasionally oversee production or shoots. Review and refine junior copy where needed, maintaining tone and consistency across brands. What we’re looking for 2–4 years of proven creative copywriting experience in an agency or similar environment. Strong conceptual thinking, you see the idea before you see the words. Excellent command of Greek and English (writing, editing, and storytelling). A portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, digital/social work, and sharp copy. Awareness of current social, cultural, and digital trends. A collaborative spirit, you love bouncing ideas around and making good ideas even better. Nice to have Experience writing for video, influencer, or integrated campaigns. Understanding of performance-driven content and how to optimize creative for results.
