NO EMBROIDERY MACHINE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED—WE’LL TRAIN YOU (IT’S EASY)! WHAT MATTERS MOST IS YOUR CREATIVITY, IMAGINATION, AND COMFORT USING GRAPHIC DESIGN TOOLS (ALONGSIDE AI).

What You’ll Do

• Sample Creation: Run embroidery machines to produce stitch-outs that showcase the beauty of our extensive embroidery design library.
• Content Creation: Film and photograph project creations and the finished result for social media, email, and marketing purposes.
• AI & Graphic Design: Use AI tools and graphic design software to create staged, styled versions of our embroidery projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our social media and paid ads team to supply fresh visuals and campaign-ready images.
• Website & Admin Support: Occasionally assist with website testing and basic data entry.

What We’re Looking For

• A highly creative, visually driven individual with a passion for design.
• Skilled in graphic design programs (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and AI tools.
• Strong sense of style and aesthetics— a playful, elegant, and modern visual style is key.
• Comfortable juggling both hands-on creative work (embroidery, photography) and digital content creation.
• Organized, reliable, and able to collaborate within a team environment.
