As a Creative Designer at Addmore, you play a pivotal role in designing digital experiences for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your innovation and creativity throughout the entire design process, allowing you to truly make your mark. Your mission is to deliver cutting-edge designs that elevate our clients’ presence in the tech industry, ultimately helping them in accelerating their product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
‍
++ Facilitate design workshops for clients to effectively translate their vision into the final product
++ Spearhead the design process, conceptualize and create extraordinary websites
++ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
++ Conduct user research and transform insights into engaging, high-end website designs
++ Engage and learn from end users during user testing days
++ Ensure our digital experiences stand out through expertise in creative design‍

our requirements

THE SKILLSET OR MINDSET WE NEED

Hard skills
++ A solid foundation or a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic and Digital Media, Product Design, Digital Arts
++ Proficiency in English is required
++ A track record in design experience, preferably within the tech or studio scene
++ Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, Jitter,…
++ Good understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
++ Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping
++ Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
++ Experience in creating user personas and journey maps
++ Understanding of web standards and accessibility
++ Proficiency in responsive web design
++ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Soft skills
++ Excellent communication skills
++ Strong written articulation and presentation skills
++ Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment
