SUMMARY

Design high-impact visual content including branding, decks, social media posts, and edit video content for Reels, ads, and short-form promotional campaigns. This role requires both graphic and video editing capabilities.
- Design marketing materials (ads, brochures, decks, social graphics)
- Edit videos for social media, reels, and promotional campaigns
- Manage on-site video shoots and storyboarding when needed
- Work closely with content and strategist teams to visualise campaign ideas
- Ensure design and video consistency across platforms
- Support fast-turnaround graphics and video content for multiple brands
- Creative asset turnaround time and volume
- Video engagement metrics (views, watch time, retention)
- A/B test results of visuals and video creatives
- Visual quality consistency across formats

• Team satisfaction and timeliness of deliverables.

• Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Strong photography skills with an eye for detail and composition.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of current trends in videography and digital media production.
