Ansira is a marketing services company with an internal creative services department. We are currently seeking an entry level creative designer to join our team. We are looking for an innovative thinker with the ability to manage a high volume of individual projects under challenging time constraints. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy and efficient with great attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly and creatively. This position reports the Sr. Manager – Creative Services. Responsibilities: Manages individual design queue ensuring timeliness of delivery across all creative projects to meet our service level agreements Responsible for managing multiple design projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to client instructions, maintaining high design standards, and following both industry compliance regulations and brand guidelines. Follows up with questions and requests in a timely manner. Communicate and coordinate with clients, on-site design team and account managers Maintain a high standard of design quality, customer service, and professionalism Requirements: Expert Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Confident understanding of the print industry and production process Strong typography, understanding of color, hierarchy and layout reflected in portfolio of work Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, establish priorities and consistently meet required deadlines Ability to follow strict brand and visual guidelines Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with careful attention to detail and organization Resourceful problem solver Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, balancing tight deadlines with great design and brand consistency Experience: Bachelors degree in BFA or related field 1+ years of relevant professional design experience reflected in a portfolio of work Experience utilizing AI in creative design a plus Ansira is the leading marketing platform for brands that operate in distributed ecosystems.
