Role Overview The team is looking for a Creative Designer with a strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to visual detail to support the marketing and brand teams across a wide range of creative formats. This role will focus on designing clean, modern, premium-looking visual assets that align with a lifestyle-led brand positioning while supporting campaigns across digital platforms, performance marketing, and offline brand communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both ATL and BTL creative requirements and be able to translate brand ideas into visually compelling designs across multiple formats. Key Responsibilities Design for Digital & Performance Marketing Create visual assets for digital campaigns, social media creatives, performance marketing ads, website banners, and landing page visuals. Design creatives suitable for platforms such as Meta, Google Display, and other digital channels. Ensure visual consistency while adapting creatives across multiple formats and sizes. Brand & Campaign Creative Development Support the marketing team with campaign-led creative concepts and visual storytelling. Translate brand messaging into premium, design-led visuals aligned with brand guidelines. Print & Offline Marketing Collateral Design print-ready assets including posters, brochures, standees, hoardings, and other offline marketing materials. Ensure files are prepared correctly for production and printing. Brand Consistency & Visual Systems Ensure strong adherence to brand guidelines, typography, colour systems, and layout standards. Maintain consistency across ATL and BTL communication touchpoints. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to execute creative requirements. Iterate quickly based on campaign feedback and evolving creative needs. Mandatory Skills 3–6 years of experience in graphic design or creative design roles. Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to create clean, modern, premium-looking designs. Experience working across ATL and BTL creatives. Ability to design across formats including digital assets, social media creatives, website banners, landing page visuals, and performance marketing ads. Experience creating print-ready files for posters, brochures, standees, hoardings, and other offline marketing materials. Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour systems, and brand guidelines. Comfortable adapting designs across multiple sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools. Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and collaborate closely with marketing and content teams.
