We're looking for a hands-on creative leader to define and deliver how our brand shows up in the world. This person will own our visual identity, creative direction, design execution, and light video production — shaping everything from campaigns and events to product storytelling and executive presentations. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams, manage a few agencies and freelancers, and make sure every piece of creative reflects Nagomi’s bold, modern tone. If you can conceive a visual campaign concept in the morning, polish a keynote deck at lunch, and still care about by editing a video before dinner, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Brand & Creative Direction Evolve and maintain Nagomi’s visual identity, design system, and creative standards. Develop campaign concepts, visuals, and storytelling that bring the brand and platform to life. Create and oversee design across web, social, product, and corporate channels. Own the production of video, motion, and visual assets; manage agency partners for large-scale projects. Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure every campaign aligns to brand strategy and drives engagement. Design Collaboration Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager to apply design thinking to campaign landing pages and digital activations. Work with our external web agency on visual updates, creative assets, and UX feedback. Explore new creative formats — motion, interactive content, and short-form video — that keep Nagomi’s brand fresh and distinct. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner across marketing, product, and leadership to ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint. Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into visual stories that resonate with both technical and business audiences. Maintain visual quality and consistency in presentations, events, campaigns, and internal communications. Requirements 5–8 years in brand, creative, or design roles, ideally within tech or cybersecurity. A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, visual range, and attention to detail. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and WordPress or similar CMS tools. Strong understanding of layout, motion, and visual storytelling principles.
