  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and designing content for paid media.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our in-house marketing team supporting one of the world’s leading cruise line brands. In this role, you will bring our brand to life across a wide range of print and digital assets—from campaign visuals and brochures to social media graphics and shipboard signage.
This position plays a key role in crafting compelling, visually engaging designs that tell a story, spark emotion, and drive customer engagement across every stage of the cruise experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, digital, email, social media, and video.
  • Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and brand teams to develop compelling visual concepts that align with strategic goals.
  • Create visual content that promotes destinations, onboard experiences, and cruise packages.
  • Ensure design consistency across all channels and touchpoints, maintaining brand standards.
  • Assist with the creative development of onboard materials, including menus, signage, and event branding.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, and content producers to develop visually cohesive stories.
  • Adapt global campaigns for local markets, tailoring messaging and design elements as needed.
  • Stay up to date with design trends in the travel, hospitality, and luxury sectors.
