Description

ABOUT DELICIOUSLY ELLA

Deliciously Ella’s mission is to help people eat real food again, with more plants, more of the time. We are growing fast and we’re looking for talented, passionate, purpose-led people who share in our mission, to help us get there.
Every day we work to cultivate positive change, sharing delicious, natural, plant-based recipes and food products with the aim of building the world’s leading plant-based platform. Starting from a recipe website, the business has evolved into a restaurant, a range of plant-based food products, an app, a collection of bestselling recipe books, a podcast, and a growing social media community that sits at the heart of what we do.
We launched our first food products in 2016 and have since launched a wide range of products across different categories. We work with all the major grocers and OOH retailers across the UK. We also have a growing international business in the US and Europe.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our Marketing team, with a strong focus on FMCG and brand packaging design.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with upwards of 2 years’ experience (in-house or agency) who’s eager to learn and grow in a mission led business. You’ll be working directly on artwork, packaging, POS, and print materials - helping to bring the Deliciously Ella brand to life in stores and across our marketing.
Day-to-day, you’ll be creating packaging that stands out on shelf, designing engaging point-of-sale and trade assets, and supporting wider brand campaigns. There’s also scope to get involved in digital design (social, email, web) if capacity allows, and photography skills would be a welcome bonus.
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, creative, and detail-driven, with a genuine interest in food and wellness. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand feels consistent, impactful, and inspiring across every touchpoint.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Great attention to detail, with an eye for consistency and brand alignment

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines
  • Experience in managing external resources – briefing and liaising with freelancers / agencies
