SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role, ideally with a mix of marketing, digital, and product design projects.
  • Tool Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Canva, Figma and Adobe XD. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating polished, professional visuals efficiently. ; familiarity with video editing or motion graphics tools is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, from digital design to print materials, branding, and product visuals.
  • Creativity: A keen eye for design trends and the ability to translate complex concepts into clean, engaging visuals.
  • Organisation: Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Adaptability: A flexible mindset to pivot between different projects and priorities, from marketing campaigns to product interface design.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Creative Designer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how Hozah is seen and experienced by the world. This role is perfect for a designer with a versatile skill set, combining creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking. You’ll work across a variety of projects, from digital campaigns to product design, marketing materials, and print collateral. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life and directly influence Hozah’s brand as we expand our presence in the parking and smart cities sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Development & Visual Identity: Ensure the consistency and evolution of Hozah’s visual identity across all touchpoints, maintaining a professional and cohesive brand image.
  • Graphic Design: Create engaging, on-brand designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, signage, and more.
  • Product Design/UI Support: Collaborate with product and development teams to design user-friendly interfaces, visuals, and assets for Hozah’s proprietary technology.
  • Creative Campaigns: Bring innovative ideas to marketing campaigns, helping to develop eye-catching visuals that capture attention and convey our mission effectively.
  • Print Materials: Design high-quality print collateral, including event materials, posters, and branded merchandise, ensuring all designs meet professional production standards.
  • Content Creation: Work with the marketing team to develop multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive graphics for use across our digital platforms.
  • Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including marketing, product, and leadership, to deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals.
