MARKETING & CONTENT SUPPORT

Design graphics for email campaigns, website banners, and product launches.
Support the marketing team with shooting, editing, and repurposing content for ads, emails, and social channels.
Assist in creating new product designs (patterns, typography, graphics) that resonate with our audience.
Collaborate with content creators and influencers to ensure creative consistency across touchpoints.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Creative Designer, your primary responsibility will be producing high-volume, high-performing Meta ad creatives that drive stronger ROAS, lower CPA, and higher CTR. You’ll balance creative diversity with speed, generating at least 30+ new ad concepts per week, iterating on top performers, and continuously learning from performance data. You’ll also contribute to broader creative projects, including email campaigns, social content, new product design, and marketing assets. You’ll collaborate closely with our team and media buying agency, gaining exposure to the performance side of marketing while helping to shape how our brand stands out in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Meta Ads (Primary Focus)
Develop, design, and deliver 30+ new ad concepts weekly (static, carousel, motion, video).
Rapidly iterate on winning ads to scale campaigns.
Partner with media buyers to analyze creative performance (CTR, ROAS, CPA) and apply learnings to future designs.
Research and benchmark creative strategies from leading DTC brands and find ways to outperform them.
Creative Strategy & Ideation
Generate fresh ideas proactively — not just follow direction.
Stay ahead of design and marketing trends across sports, lifestyle, and DTC brands.
Collaborate with the team to shoot, edit, and repurpose raw footage into fast paced, engaging clips that drive reach and engagement.
Experiment with creative hooks, captions, and storytelling styles to boost watch time and conversion rates.
