Job Description Develop visually appealing designs for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative concepts. Create storyboards or mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively. Maintain consistent branding across all visual assets. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Utilize feedback to refine designs and ensure high-quality output. Assist in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and creative strategies. Giving direction to the social media agency. Providing weekly reports/sharing session and or monthly report to Art Director and CEO. Requirements Having 2 years of working experience in graphic design. Able to make a creative and simple concept of design either internally or with the help from small agency. Able to decide independently whether to take a project on our own or share it with other agency. Therefore the incumbent should has a sense on how to balance cost and business output. Able to give creative ideas and execute well but not limited to contacting talent, engaging production house, as well as directing videography, photography and video editing. Having a maturity in thinking and able to make creative yet sensible ideas that align with marketing goals.
