JOB OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Brand Strategist, or in a senior creative leadership role, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to drive internal brand strategies and develop creative assets that resonate within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of branding, design, and communication principles, with the ability to adapt creative concepts for an internal audience within the transportation industry.
  • Ability to lead and inspire creative teams, managing diverse projects across multiple channels.
  • Exceptional self-direction and self-discipline, with a proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for articulating creative strategies and concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for building company culture and using creative direction to foster employee engagement and pride.
  • Experience in managing creative initiatives that directly impact organizational success and employee experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Creative Strategy & Vision: Lead the development and execution of a creative strategy that enhances the company’s internal brand identity, ensuring alignment with the core values and vision of SkyHop Global. Drive initiatives that make our company brand stand out and resonate deeply within the workforce.
  • Internal Brand Development: Refine and manage the company’s visual and verbal brand identity, ensuring that all internal communications, such as employee newsletters, safety campaigns, and training materials, are consistent and on-brand. Ensure the company’s transportation expertise is reflected in the brand’s tone, visual elements, and messaging.
  • Employee Engagement Campaigns: Develop and oversee creative campaigns that reinforce the company’s values, encourage employee participation, and celebrate internal achievements. Focus on initiatives that increase morale, promote safety, and build a strong, united workforce.
  • Culture Building: Collaborate with HR, operations, and senior leadership to create engaging content and experiences that foster a positive, safety-oriented, and innovative culture. Use branding as a tool to instill company pride and a sense of ownership among employees.
  • Content Creation & Oversight: Oversee the production of internal creative assets, such as digital content, presentations, videos, and visual materials for internal events. Ensure that all content is on-brand, high-quality, and speaks to the unique needs of our employees and customers.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and manage a team of designers, content creators, and other creative professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high standards within the creative team.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in transportation and logistics, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into internal branding initiatives. Ensure that the company remains fresh, innovative, and forward-thinking in its brand expression.
