JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads, while managing organic social media presence, including launching a TikTok account, and creating engaging content for these platforms. This role demands analytical expertise, creative content development, and strategic insight to boost brand visibility and generate leads. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Some travel may be required (2-3 trips per year estimate) Experience in the dental industry is helpful but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


      • 2+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and preferably TikTok Ads.


        • Proven expertise in social media management, including content scheduling, community engagement, and managing TikTok accounts.


          • Strong content creation skills, with experience crafting ad copy, visuals, and videos for digital platforms, including TikTok’s short-form content.


            • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.


              • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, TikTok Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.


                • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.


                  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines remotely.


                    • Experience in the dental industry is helpful but not required.


                      • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or other digital marketing areas is a plus.

                      PREFERRED SKILLS:


                        • Experience with AI-driven advertising tools (e.g., Google’s Performance Max, AdCreative.ai).


                          • Understanding of click fraud prevention and campaign optimization techniques.


                            • Creative portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social media content, or TikTok videos.


                              • Certifications (preferred but not required):


                                • Google Ads Search Certification (via Google Skillshop).


                                  • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate (via Meta Blueprint/Coursera).


                                    • LinkedIn Marketing Fundamentals or LinkedIn Advertising Fundamentals (via LinkedIn Marketing Labs).


                                      • X Ads Fundamentals (via X Ads Academy).


                                        • Experience with TikTok Ads or TikTok content creation for brand accounts.

                                        Responsibilities

                                          • Paid Advertising Management:


                                            • Develop, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

                                                • Monitor budgets, bids, and metrics, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR).


                                                  • Stay current on all social platform updates, and advertising best practices.


                                                    • Social Media Management:


                                                      • Manage and grow organic presence on social media platforms (e.g., META, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok).


                                                        • Create and schedule compelling posts, stories, videos, and TikTok content to increase brand awareness and engagement, tailored to dental professionals and broader audiences.


                                                          • Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and boost audience interaction.


                                                            • Content Creation:


                                                              • Design and produce high-quality ad creatives (visuals, videos, copy) tailored to each platform, including TikTok’s short-form video format.


                                                                • Write persuasive ad copy and social media content, including TikTok scripts, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with dental professionals.


                                                                  • Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or TikTok’s in-app editing tools to create visually appealing assets.


                                                                    • Analytics & Reporting:


                                                                      • Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.


                                                                        • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign results and social media engagement, including TikTok performance.


                                                                          • Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, showcasing key metrics and progress.


                                                                            • Collaboration & Strategy:


                                                                              • Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand and business objectives.


                                                                                • Contribute to comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the dental equipment market, leveraging TikTok for creative outreach.
