The Creative Agency is looking for a Creative Digital Marketing Manager to design, manage, and optimize social media and email campaigns that stop the scroll and drive results. This isn’t just posting content—it’s about shaping brand narratives, creating gorgeous visuals, and building community across platforms and inboxes.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, design, and execute campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned copy that drives engagement and conversions
  • Manage multiple client accounts, content calendars, and publishing workflows
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and creative best practices

Email Marketing & Lifecycle Campaigns

  • Design and launch visually stunning, high-performing email campaigns (newsletters, promos, automations)
  • Work in Figma, Constant Contact Drip, Mailchimp, Flodesk, and similar platforms
  • A/B test subject lines, visuals, and CTAs to maximize open/click/conversion rates
  • Align email campaigns with broader brand goals and customer journeys

Brand Growth & Engagement

  • Manage communities: respond to DMs, comments, and handle brand reputation in real time
  • Drive growth through UGC, influencer activations, and strategic partnerships
  • Identify creative opportunities to expand reach and engagement

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance with platform insights and Google Analytics
  • Deliver clear, professional reports with actionable recommendations
  • Support SEO and web traffic goals through aligned content
