Affinity Healthcare is seeking a Creative Director to lead our healthcare marketing, brand strategy, and creative design efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader with experience in branding, digital marketing, and creative team leadership to shape how our organization connects with patients, employees, and the community.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative strategies to strengthen Affinity Healthcare’s brand presence across digital, print, and experiential platforms

  • Oversee healthcare marketing campaigns, content creation, and patient engagement initiatives
  • Drive SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking, to maximize visibility and search rankings
  • Ensure brand consistency, storytelling impact, and compliance with healthcare communication standards
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align creative direction with organizational goals
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor/agency relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
  • Record of creative leadership, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven organizations
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing
  • Proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
