Position: Creative Director, Beauty
Department: Creative for Drybar, Curlsmith, Revlon, and Hot Tools
Work Location: Boston, MA, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)
Hybrid Schedule: At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The Creative Director drives the creative vision, execution, and design team for Beauty brands (Drybar, Curlsmith, Revlon, Hot Tools and more). This position requires a leader who can develop differentiated, strategic, and compelling creative solutions that deliver on-brand business goals across all consumer touch points.
This leader is responsible for the design direction that supports the overall brand strategy, including new packaging design, pack design for new product launches, point-of-sale collateral, digital executions, and design for special events. As an experienced manager who can inspire and be inspired by others, this person will lead and manage a team of creative experts. The Creative Director will bring a mix of artistic, marketing and business expertise to the position to support our mission to drive growth and develop world class brands.
