Description

We are looking for a Creative Director to elevate and strengthen our brand presence in global markets. As Ulike expands into the US and Europe, we need a creative leader who can develop and execute impactful campaigns, craft compelling brand storytelling, and ensure consistent visual identity across all channels. This role is critical to building brand desirability and driving long-term growth in the competitive beauty industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end creative production process, from initial concepting, scriptwriting, and storyboarding to production and final editing.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns across all official brand channels (digital, social, retail, events), ensuring consistency in content structure, key messaging, video, and graphic design.
  • Leverage consumer and market insights to develop creative ideas and campaigns that resonate with the brand’s target audiences and differentiate the brand in competitive markets.
  • Deeply understand the brand’s products, heritage, and competitive landscape to craft compelling and innovative campaigns that strengthen brand desirability.
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual excellence and brand storytelling across all creative assets, upholding alignment with brand identity and guidelines.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, PR, product) to ensure creative ideas support overall business goals.
  • Manage and direct external creative agencies, production houses, and internal creative teams, ensuring timely and on-brand delivery of assets.
  • Continuously explore new creative formats, digital storytelling techniques, and emerging media trends to elevate brand expression.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading creative campaigns for consumer brands in the US or European markets, with a strong track record in luxury, beauty, or fashion.
  • Art/design background with a portfolio showcasing impactful international campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor creative talent.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experienced in both video editing and graphic design.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and digital/social media trends.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency, with the ability to generate creative concepts, deliver persuasive pitches, and collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • Passion for luxury, beauty, and fashion industries, with a keen eye for aesthetics and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $108,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
