Role We are looking for a talented Creative Director to lead the Design team responsible for all of Clermont’s print and digital assets. They should possess a natural creative flair and visual ability that can inspire, inform and problem-solve to execute a variety of projects at a fast pace. They must execute complex briefs across a range of mediums including print, video, multimedia and corporate brand collateral. They must have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with senior managers both in Clermont and at our operating companies and effectively manage the Design team. Attraction of the role An excellent opportunity for a talented creative to apply their talent, leadership and commitment over a wide range of projects in a leading business that highly values design and storytelling Responsibilities Lead the Design team, with full accountability for all design and creative output across the Clermont Group and its operating companies Oversee the design and execution of branded and visual communications, including marketing materials, websites, video content, and other digital and print assets Set and uphold a high bar for creative excellence, ensuring consistency and elevating quality across all design outputs Provide end-to-end project oversight, prioritising and managing concurrent workstreams from multiple business units to ensure timely delivery Ensure operating companies execute branding and marketing initiatives in line with Clermont’s standards, guidelines, and direction Remain hands-on where required, actively contributing to and delivering design work—not solely delegating or managing Continuously evolve the Design function by introducing innovative ideas, tools, and ways of working, including the thoughtful adoption of AI Safeguard and apply Clermont’s brand guidelines and visual identity, ensuring consistency while enabling creative excellence Requirements The successful candidate will ideally possess the following traits: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in design, including leading creative teams; prior experience in a design agency is a strong advantage Exceptional creative judgment, with a strong critical eye for consistency and quality Meticulous attention to detail Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Excellent core design skills, including layout, typography, and visual communication Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and their application across digital products Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows and design outcomes Proven experience directing and executing photography and videography projects Strong sense of ownership, consistently delivering high-quality work end to end Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders A growth mindset, with the confidence to challenge conventions and step outside comfort zones Ability to work at speed and manage multiple, complex briefs simultaneously Professional presence and polish, appropriate for a senior leadership role Positive, energising attitude, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills Administrative Details Start date: Immediate preferred Compensation: Competitive base salary Benefits: Medical insurance; 23 days annual leave Education: A graduate from a graphic design or related creative program Experience: 10 years of professional design experience Languages: Excellent command of English required (written and spoken) Reporting: Reports directly to Chief Purpose Officer Travel: Based in Singapore.
